Relevent clauses of Constitution & By-laws
Article 3 Membership.
Section (3.2.5) - Corporate Member - A firm or organisation engeged in the manufacturing, research, education and services in pulp, paper and related fields and supporting the policies of IPPTA is eligible to become a Corporate Member.
Payment of dues:
Section (3.4.2) - Annual Dues - Membership fess shall become due on 1st of January of each calender year. In case of new enrolments, irrespective of date of enrolment, the annual membership fee is to be paid for the full year. The cases of annual membership fee payment defaulters shall be dealt as per the Bylaws II (a), II (d).
: Members may resign in good standing by formal notification to the Executive Secretary, accompanied by payment of dues for the year in which the resignation becomes effective.
